Job Overview:
We’re looking for smart, motivated graduates to join our team as Management Trainees. You’ll learn on the job by working with experienced team members on real projects. You’ll help with things like analyzing business needs, managing projects, and supporting clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Help gather and document client needs
- Support training and onboarding for new users
- Help with project coordination and communication
- Join client meetings and product demos
- Assist in making reports and presentations
- Learn how to configure and test the platform
- Work with the team to improve the client experience
Who We’re Looking For:
Must Have:
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Business, IT, Engineering, or similar
- Good communication and people skills
- Willing to learn and solve problems
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
