Assistant Manager – Finance (Thulhiriya)
MAS Matrix is part of MAS Holdings and makes flat-knit clothing for big global brands like Nike, Decathlon, Gym shark, and Victoria’s Secret. We are now expanding into new, stylish, and functional clothing through our new brand, MVTM.
We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Finance to lead and support our finance team. This person will handle accounting, taxes, and purchasing tasks, and make sure all work is done correctly and on time. They will also help manage financial reports, audits, and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check and finalize monthly and yearly financial reports.
- Work with auditors to complete audits on time.
- Make sure financial reports are clear and accurate.
- Oversee tax work, including income tax, VAT, and transfer pricing.
- Manage payments and collections, and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support compliance with government rules (BOI, IRD, Central Bank).
- Provide financial info and reports for decision-making.
- Help prepare and monitor budgets.
- Set up and improve financial controls and systems.
- Lead cost-saving projects and track their progress.
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar.
- CA, ACCA, CPA, or CIMA qualified (or working toward it).
- 4–6 years of experience in finance or accounting.
- At least 2 years in a leadership or assistant manager role.
- Experience in a large or international company is a plus.
- Strong skills in financial reporting, audits, and analysis.
