Field Sales Manager
We are looking for a Field Sales Manager to lead a sales team and grow our business in a specific area. You will help increase sales, improve how products are sold in stores, and build strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan and carry out sales strategies for your region
- Manage and guide a team of field sales reps
- Keep track of daily sales and improve how products reach the market
- Meet monthly targets for sales, product availability, and visibility
- Review team performance and give regular feedback
- Train the team on selling skills and product knowledge
- Support store promotions and make sure products are displayed correctly
- Build and maintain strong connections with key retailers and distributors
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree or qualification in marketing (CIM or SLIM is a plus)
- 7–8 years of sales experience
- Strong skills in sales, business understanding, and decision-making
- Good at coaching, negotiating, and focusing on customer needs
- Ability to speak Sinhala, Tamil, and English is a big advantage
