Job Role
We are looking for a full-time Student Counselor to work at our Kurunegala office. Your main job will be to help students with their education and career plans. You will talk to students, understand their goals, and guide them in the right direction. You’ll also keep records of your sessions and work with other staff to support student growth.
What We’re Looking For
- Good at helping and advising students
- Friendly and clear communicator
- Background in education
- Able to work well with others and on your own
- A degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a similar field
- Previous counseling experience is a bonus
