Job Role:
We are looking for an Assistant Front Office Manager to help lead our front office team. You will be the face of the hotel, making sure our guests have a smooth and enjoyable experience. This role reports to the Rooms Division Manager.
What You’ll Do:
- Help manage daily front office operations.
- Make sure all work follows Aman’s standards.
- Improve processes to make things run smoothly.
- Watch over room sales and costs.
- Help with guest billing and payments.
- Join business planning and support team goals.
- Keep the hotel clean and service excellent.
- Help create and follow budgets.
- Support promotions to increase revenue.
- Build a strong, positive team.
- Monitor guest feedback and work to improve satisfaction.
- Help train and develop the front office team.
What You’ll Need:
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role at a luxury hotel or resort.
- Great guest service and front office skills.
- Good with numbers and budgeting.
- Strong communication in English.
- Friendly and confident with team leadership skills.
- Good at solving problems and staying organized.
- Experience using hotel systems.
- Legal permission to work in Sri Lanka.
- A diploma or degree in Hospitality is a plus.
