HR & Administrative Executive –
About the Job
We are looking for a well-organized and proactive HR & Administrative Executive to help manage both human resources and office work. This person will handle hiring, employee issues, HR policies, and daily office tasks to keep everything running smoothly.
HR Responsibilities:
- Handle hiring, interviews, and onboarding.
- Keep employee records up to date.
- Help with HR policies and performance reviews.
- Support employees with any issues or concerns.
- Make sure the company follows labor laws.
- Organize employee activities and wellness programs.
- Prepare payroll and manage EPF/ETF.
Admin Responsibilities:
- Manage office needs like supplies and maintenance.
- Keep track of admin expenses and budgets.
- Arrange travel and set up meetings.
- Organize and file company documents.
Requirements:
- A degree or HND in HR, Business Administration, or a similar field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in HR and admin work.
- Good knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Good with Microsoft Office and HR software.
- Able to stay organized and handle many tasks.
- Trustworthy and keeps information confidential.
