REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Workshop & Production Management
- Age: 30–40 years
- Strong leadership & team management skills
- Experience in Flex / Backlit / Sign Board production preferred
- Knowledge of CNC & Laser Cutting operations
- Excellent planning, quality control & deadline management
- Proven expertise in workshop management
- Strong ability to organize production processes
JOB ROLE
- Manage daily workshop & production operations
- Plan, schedule & coordinate production workflows
- Ensure quality standards & timely delivery
- Lead, train & motivate the production team
- Coordinate with clients, designers & suppliers
- Inventory and material management
- Coordination with clients and design team
