Job Overview
We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic HR & Admin Coordinator to join our growing team in Kurunegala. You’ll play a key role in supporting HR operations, training initiatives, and overall office management — helping ensure that both our people and our processes run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to interview scheduling
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases
- Lead employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a seamless experience
- Organize internal training programs and employee engagement activities
- Handle general office administration, including supplies and petty cash management
- Support compliance with HR policies and local labor regulations
- Collaborate with various departments to support a strong organizational culture
Qualifications
Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Solid understanding of HR practices and local labor laws
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with coordinating training or employee development programs
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
- A team player with a proactive and positive attitude
