Job Overview
We’re looking for a dynamic and empathetic Student Relationship Manager to help elevate the student journey. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of student engagement—analyzing feedback, driving initiatives, and acting as a key connection between students and internal teams. Key Responsibilities
- Collect and interpret student feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement
- Launch and manage programs to boost student satisfaction, engagement, and retention
- Offer personalized career support, including internship and placement guidance
- Serve as a communication bridge between students, faculty, and administrative departments
- Coordinate and promote student-centric events, workshops, and networking sessions
- Collaborate with the corporate Student Relationship Unit (SRU) to roll out broader engagement initiatives
Qualifications
Must-Have:
- Proven experience in student services, education management, or customer support
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a student-first mindset
- Analytical thinker with the ability to translate feedback into actionable insights
- Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Collaborative attitude and ability to work well with cross-functional teams
Nice-to-Have:
- Background in career services, counseling, or event coordination
- Familiarity with CRM or student engagement tools
- Experience working in a hybrid or virtual education environment
Location & Work Type
This is a full-time role based in Kandy. We offer hybrid work flexibility, allowing a blend of on-campus and remote work options.
