The Role & Responsibilities
As a Property Consultant at Lavinia Properties, you will serve as the vital link between clients and their property aspirations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve more than just listing properties—you will be entrusted with guiding clients through one of the most important financial decisions of their lives.
Key Responsibilities
- List and Market Properties: Identify and showcase residential, commercial, and industrial properties through targeted marketing strategies, ensuring maximum exposure to the right audience.
- Conduct Property Viewings: Arrange and lead property tours, providing clients with detailed insights and highlighting features that align with their requirements.
- Negotiate Sales and Rental Agreements: Work closely with buyers, tenants, and property owners to facilitate smooth transactions, always striving for win-win outcomes.
- Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish long-term trust with clients by providing transparent advice and staying attentive to their evolving property needs.
