The Role & Responsibilities
As a Tour Executive, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that every trip we design exceeds client expectations. This position requires both organizational skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Tour Planning and Itinerary Development: Design well-structured travel itineraries that align with client preferences, budgets, and timelines. This includes researching destinations, identifying accommodation and transportation options, and incorporating unique activities that enhance the travel experience.
- Tour Management and Coordination: Oversee the smooth execution of tours by coordinating with hotels, transport providers, and local guides. Anticipate challenges and resolve issues promptly to maintain seamless operations.
- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, clarifying travel details, and offering support before, during, and after their trips. Provide personalized recommendations to enhance their journey.
- Guided Tours Support: Assist in organizing and managing guided tours, ensuring that clients receive insightful information and enjoy an enriching experience. Occasionally, you may accompany groups to provide on-the-ground assistance.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across sales, operations, and customer service to ensure consistency in client experiences. Share insights and feedback to improve company offerings.
