The Role and Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive, you will represent CSBM’s educational programs to prospective clients, both individuals and organizations, while acting as a trusted advisor who can highlight the benefits and outcomes of our offerings. Your responsibilities will include:

Identifying Sales Opportunities

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential students, organizations, and industries that could benefit from CSBM programs.
  • Proactively explore new markets by attending industry events, building networks, and engaging with decision-makers.

Building Client Relationships

  • Establish and nurture strong professional relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are clearly understood.
  • Provide personalized consultations to prospective students, helping them choose programs that align with their career goals.

Presenting Programs and Proposals

  • Deliver engaging presentations about CSBM’s portfolio of courses and qualifications to individuals, corporate partners, and institutions.
  • Prepare and submit detailed proposals tailored to client requirements, ensuring clarity and value are demonstrated.

Achieving Sales Targets

  • Develop effective sales strategies in alignment with the organization’s objectives.
  • Consistently work toward achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets while contributing to the long-term growth of CSBM.

Tracking and Reporting

  • Use CRM software and other tools to manage client data, monitor sales activities, and track performance metrics.
  • Provide regular progress reports and share insights to support continuous improvement in sales strategies.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should bring both professional expertise and a strong sense of initiative. We are looking for individuals who can combine technical knowledge with interpersonal skills to drive measurable results.

  • Proven Sales Experience: At least 1–3 years in sales, business development, or client relationship management. Experience in the education sector will be an added advantage.
  • Market Research Skills: Ability to analyze markets, identify opportunities, and anticipate client needs.
  • Strategic Thinking: Capability to design and implement effective sales strategies that support both short- and long-term objectives.
  • Communication Excellence: Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with professionals at all levels.
