The Role & Responsibilities
As a Client Success & Sales Lead, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences while driving measurable sales results. This role combines customer engagement, sales leadership, and operational support. Your ability to understand client needs, communicate effectively, and deliver personalized solutions will play a pivotal role in ensuring our store’s continued growth.
Core Responsibilities
- Build and maintain client relationships: Engage with walk-in customers and corporate clients, developing long-term connections through attentive listening, tailored product advice, and genuine service. Your role is to ensure clients feel valued every time they interact with our brand.
- Drive in-store and partner sales: Take ownership of monthly sales targets by implementing creative sales strategies, engaging product demonstrations, and leveraging promotional campaigns. You will play a key role in both individual sales and collaborative partnerships.
- Understand customer needs: Go beyond surface-level interactions by identifying each client’s unique grooming preferences and lifestyle requirements, recommending the best solutions that align with their personal style.
- Client follow-ups: Ensure customers remain satisfied post-purchase by following up on their experiences, providing aftercare support, and introducing them to new product launches or exclusive offers.
- Support store operations: Work closely with the store team to maintain brand presentation, stock levels, and smooth daily operations. You will also provide input on merchandising and visual displays to enhance the customer experience.
