Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across warehouse operations
- Coordinate daily dispatch activities while safeguarding product and asset quality
- Ensure timely invoicing and delivery of customer orders
- Execute system entries for inbound and outbound shipments with precision
- Maintain organized inventory documentation and deliver regular performance reports
- Support cost-effective warehousing and distribution strategies
- Recommend process enhancements to improve logistics efficiency
- Collaborate across teams to drive innovation in stock and dispatch operations
- Deliver outstanding service by enabling smooth logistics experiences
- Take on additional projects or duties as needed by management
Qualifications:
Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in warehousing, distribution, or supply chain—preferably in FMCG or food processing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 tools
- Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil is an advantage)
- Comfortable working in cold storage environments
- Flexibility to work on shift or roster-based schedules, including night shifts
- A proactive, value-driven mindset aligned with our company values
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Exposure to lean or cost-efficient inventory practices

📍 Banduragoda – On-site role at our dairy production facility
🕒 Full-time, shift-based work (including night shifts)
